"About half way through Day 21. I was tidying my wardrobe yesterday when I noticed the faint smell of smoke on a jumper I haven’t worn in ages. I couldn’t believe how gross it was. It is now freshly washed and smoke free (just like me!) Keep up the great work everyone and please keep posting - it really does help"
"Day 10, and I sat around with my brother’s friends at his birthday party - everyone smoking! I managed to say no. I’ve found that saying “no thanks, I’m not a smoker,” is a better frame of mind than “I’m very tempted but I’m quitting.” Hoping you keep up your goals this week! Keep it up.
